Terms of membership

AI Legends is an online membership community run by VBLTY (Jeff Spiegel). These terms are the deal between you and us. They're written in plain English on purpose. By joining, buying or claiming anything in AI Legends, you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You need to be at least 18 and able to agree to a contract. One account per person. Keep your sign-in email secure; anything done from your account is on you.

2. Your membership

• Plans are monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Ultimate). What each plan includes is listed on the join page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings. Your access runs to the end of the month you already paid for.
• One-time products (challenges, single courses) and free lead magnets give you access to that specific thing, on the terms shown when you got it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
• We can change what's in a plan or its price. Price changes for an existing subscription only apply from your next billing month, and we'll tell you first.

3. Community rules

This works because people show up to help each other. So:

• No spam. No unsolicited pitches, affiliate link dumps, or mass DMs selling stuff.
• No harassment, hate, threats, or creepy behavior. Disagree all you want, attack ideas, not people.
• No impersonation. Don't pretend to be Jeff, a coach, another member, or anyone else.
• No sharing or reselling course content, call recordings, or other members' posts outside the club.
• No illegal stuff, scams, or anything that breaks the platforms you post on.
• Wins you submit for verification have to be real. Faking receipts gets you removed.

We moderate. We can hide posts, remove content, pause DMs or remove members who break the rules, at our discretion.

4. Who owns what

• Your posts are yours. You keep ownership of what you post (posts, replies, comments, photos, wins). By posting, you give VBLTY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share that content inside AI Legends and in emails to members (like the weekly digest), for as long as it's up. Delete it and the license ends, except for copies already sent in emails or backups.
• Our content is ours. Courses, lessons, videos, transcripts, templates, call recordings, the game, artwork and the AI Legends brand belong to VBLTY. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business while you have access. Not to resell, repost or teach as your own.
• Only post things you have the right to post.

5. No income guarantees

Read this one twice. AI Legends teaches business, content, sales and AI skills. We do not promise you'll make any money. Any wins, numbers or case studies you see (from Jeff or members) are individual results, not typical results and not a prediction of yours. What you get out of this depends on your effort, your skills, your market and plenty of things nobody controls. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Talk to a professional for that.

6. AI features

Some features (lesson summaries, the AI tutor, post helpers) use AI. AI gets things wrong. Treat its answers as a starting point, not gospel, and check anything that matters.

7. Ending your membership

• You can cancel anytime from Settings, or email jeff@vblty.com to delete your account.
• We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the community, or try to get around payments. If we end it for no reason on our side, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.
• When access ends, your posts may stay visible in threads unless you delete them or ask us to.

8. The legal limits

• AI Legends is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, bug free, or that any content fits your situation.
• To the maximum extent the law allows, VBLTY and Jeff Spiegel aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, from your use of AI Legends.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• Some places don't allow some of these limits. Where that's the case, they apply as far as the law allows.

9. Changes

We'll update these terms as the club grows. The date at the top tells you when. If a change is a big deal, we'll email members. Sticking around after a change means you accept it.
